Our Seasonal Services provide comprehensive solutions for your home, tailored to each season's unique needs.

Seasonal Service Intervals:

• Storm Debris Clean-Up: This service is available throughout the season. Should the storm debris be too extensive for individual handling, I will promptly contact my network of vetted contractors to obtain an estimate.

• Spring Clean-Up: provided only during March, which helps get the property in shape for routine mowing.

• Gumball Removal Service: This service will be provided at the end of March and then at the end of May. Gumballs will be collected using my bag-a-nut unit and removed from the property.

• Weekly Fall Clean-Up: is provided weekly during September and October; this service is provided to help maintain the aesthetic appeal of your property.

• Fall Clean-Up: I provide this service from November 1st to December 15th, when my season ends. It helps to improve the appearance of your property during the holidays.

• Raising Tree Canopy: This service is offered in the fall (September-November). It involves carefully removing lower limbs and crossing branches with weak branch unions that can impede the growth of other limbs or interfere with service providers working under tree limbs. This process also helps reduce the risk of damage from heavy branches during storms.

• Off-Season Stick/Trash Detail: Weekly service will be offered from December 23rd to February 17th. Service includes picking up sticks and trash and blowing debris off all hard surfaces around the property.

• Standard service: (20-60 minutes)
• Extended service: per hour for those nestled amidst trees or birch trees; I have a specialized comprehensive service just for you!

After February 17th, up to my first lawn service, your property can be switched to a bi-weekly or tri-weekly service interval.


Spring/Weekly/Fall Clean-Up services include all the landscape beds, areas around trees and shrubs, areas on and around back porches, patios, decks, AC units, and buildings that will be blown out. The leaves will then be side-discharged, mulched, or collected using the Walker GHS System. Street/Parking lot curbing will be vacuumed using a walk-behind Billy Goat.
